The Back Place has been serving the Kalamazoo community and beyond for almost 10 years. We are one of the only authorized dealers for the Perfect Chair in Michigan and we serve northern Indiana and Ohio residents with a variety of hard-to-find products for the back and neck. We have the largest number of Tempur-pedic models on our showroom floor for you to try in a quiet and relaxed setting.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Please note that your credit card will be charged in full for all items in your shopping cart when your order is processed here at The Back Place, usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation indicating that your order has been received.
ESTIMATED SHIP TIME
Items are generally shipped out within 48 hours of placing your order. Many items ship directly from the manufacturer to the customer, therefore the item's arrival will depend on that manufacturer's shipping procedures. Items shipped by The Back Place are sent ground and usually take 4-5 business days to arrive.
RETURNS
Returns are not accepted after 14 days of the item's receipt by the customer. On-sale or discounted items are not returnable. Because of our wide range of types of merchandise, not all regular priced items are returnable and we reserve the right to make decisions about returns on a case-by-case basis, within 14 days of the item's receipt.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first for Return Authorization. When authorized, you may return items in their original packaging and in original condition to The Back Place at the address above. Upon receipt of the item, you'll be refunded the full amount paid for the merchandise. (For items that were sent under our Free Shipping policy, we will subtract a 10% original shipping fee from the amount refunded to you.)
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted after 14 days of the item's receipt by the customer. On-sale or discounted items are not exchangeable. Because of our wide range of types of merchandise, not all regular priced items are exchangeable and we reserve the right to make decisions about exchanges on a case-by-case basis, within 14 days of the item's receipt.
To request an exchange, please contact us for a Return Authorization.
If you wish to exchange a regular priced item for any other at an equal or greater value, you may do so at full value one time only; however, you will be responsible for all new shipping costs. If you received Free Shipping and wish to exchange the item, you will be charged a 10% shipping fee on the exchanged item, as you may not receive Free Shipping on both items.
