This is possible because the back support is attached to an athletic compression short. 83% Nylon/17% Spandex athletic short for cooling comfort and soothing compression.
Removable double sidepulls allow minimum or maximum support.
Adjust side pulls higher for lumbar support, lower for sacroiliac support. Place it just where you need it and it stays put!
Available in men's or women's. Men's version has a fly front.
