The S'port Max features a patented attached short like the S'port All, but we've changed a few features to provide slightly lighter support and a different fabric option. Our famous "Stay in Place" design in a lightweight alternative! Worn by golf legend Payne Stewart.

Saunders Supports are the ONLY back supports that will allow vigorous activity, while fully supporting the lower back and sacroiliac joints! This is possible because the back support is attached to an athletic compression short:

•92% Cotton/8% Spandex blend for soft, cottony comfort.

•Short leg for coolness and less bulk.

•Side pulls are attached for simplicity and a close fit.
